At Vitamins Depots, we aim to provide fast, reliable and secure delivery of all orders across Ghana. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Locations
We ship nationwide from our fulfillment facility in Accra.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Delivery Method
We fulfil orders using the following delivery options:
- Door-to-door dispatch riders within Accra
- Local courier partners for regional deliveries
- FedEx for inter-regional shipments
- Limited pickup option (only if customer insists)
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates depend on the delivery destination:
- Accra: Variable, based on courier pricing.
- Across regions: Typically GHS 60–80
- Free delivery for orders above GHS 2,000 within Accra
Shipping fees are displayed or confirmed at checkout or via communication after order confirmation.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 72 hours.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier:
- Accra deliveries: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Regional deliveries: Typically delivered the next business day, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier availability and operational conditions.
Express Same-Day Delivery (Accra Only)
Same-day delivery is available when:
- The order is placed before 4:00 PM
- The Item is in stock
Order Confirmation & Tracking
All orders are confirmed via phone before dispatch.
Deliveries are made via partners such as Yango and Qargo, which provide live tracking where available.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
If the rider arrives and the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery:

The order will be returned to our warehouse
- Re-delivery will be scheduled at an additional cost
- Any updated delivery address must be provided by the customer
If multiple delivery attempts (up to 2) are made without success, the order may be cancelled and subject to return fees.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, customers must:

Be reachable when the delivery partner calls
We reserve the right to cancel a delivery if customer details are invalid or unresponsive.
Delays Outside Our Control
Once a package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather issues

High-volume seasons

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations
Deliveries to rural or distant areas may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
